I'm Benjamin. I've been creating for as long as I can remember and I've been writing business plans since I was 16, experimenting and learning the hard way what works and what doesn't. After decades of sincere dabbling, I learned something simple: I'm happiest when I'm creating.

Right now, I'm building dre1mery.com, a software that makes real estate more accessible to everyone.

Here's the problem I'm obsessed with: we have to duct-tape 10+ tools across 20 tabs for one real estate transaction, listing sites, data tools, spreadsheets, contracts, CRMs, notes, calls, follow-up, and the list goes on. Meanwhile, the best tools are gated behind institutional budgets. And even though most real estate data is technically public, it's scattered, inconsistent and not cleaned up into something a normal human can actually use.

The vision is one platform for everyone in real estate, buy side, sell side, and service providers. A platform for learning, tools and networks, rather than brain rot.

Something simple recently clicked: product risk is often easier to solve than distribution risk. Today, I'm focused on building products and content simultaneously.
